Parts I need to replace a part on my CSS 5000 Achiever paper shredder. It is a small L-shaped plastic toggle in the back of the basket compartment that indicates to the "brain" when the basket is in place. Where can I get replacement parts?

Mine broke as well. I suggest you just get a very strong glue (eg, Gorilla glue), and glue it back together. Worked for me perfectly

Company went out of business 3 years ago. No parts available that I can find with the exception of one dealer on eBay selling a right side gear. I am in need of the left gear, the large gear, in case anyone wants to part out their CCS 5000.

The manufacturers website is: http://www.achiever.com.hk/ . I'm not sure if parts for this product are still available. I emailed them this morning. I believe they are located in Hong Kong or China. I will update if I hear from them.

it is not available, you could find the interlock switch and jump them...cut wires off of switch and twist together, then use electrical tape.

CANNOT REMOVE COVER ON SCS-6 ACHIEVER SHREDDER

The plastic "chute" that channels the shredded paper out has to be removed first. I almost forced mine which would have not been a good idea! By the way, do you know of a source for parts for this machine? Thanks.

The fuse has blown and we need a new fuse for it. We need the fuse number that is on the tip of the fuse. Do you know where we are able to purchase them from?

Red light on will not run in forward

Check to make sure the shredder is sitting on the paper bin properly. Most shredders have a sensor switch that disables the unit if it's not properly seated on the paper bin.

Did you contact Royal Corporation. Look up the model on EBAY and you can find a replacement. I have a used basket from a customer that did not want to repair their shredder. You can have it if toy want to come to Clearwater Florida

Achiever ccs 5000 no power at all

hi check these before enything: 1) check with another device that the socket has power 2) check cable is good all the way (NOT torn, twiched, squashed) 3) the device is hooked up good (in place,NO trash) 4) there is a micro switch on the door which wont let the device work without no good connection 5) check good fuse should work good luck
