Turn the player on, press the small (home) button on the front, when you see the FM radio screen press the up/down wheel to access the other menu items. When you see the Music screen press the arrow wheel to the right to access the Music menu and the MP3 songs you have put on it. Hope this helps.
Press the Home button and see if it will go to the settings menu. If it will, change the USB Mode to Auto. If it won't, hold in the power on/off button for 15 seconds to reset the player, and try again.
Press far right button (play/stop) and hold it down for about 3-4 seconds. Now press A--B button (3rd button from right) and audio play shows on the screen. Press this button one more time and FM radio shows on the screen. Then press far right button and FM can now be tuned in. You can also download the instructions from www.sandisk.com
If your gadget is still under warranty, return it to where you bought it. One of the keys are stuck and their technician will just disassemble and reassemble your mp3. But if you know a liitle electronics, you can do it yourself
When you power on your MP3 player it will go to the FM radio. 1. Press menu.
2. Go down once and you'll be on "Mode". Press the right button to access the mode menu.
3. You either press the enter button after accessing the menu or go down to select Playback mode (I forget which one it is).
Try a "hard reset".
Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds to shut off.
With the device off, press and hold the vol + and the center select button.
Power it back on, see if that works.
