Problem In our office we have a sharp FO-DC600 fax machine and someone was sending us a fax that was nothing but blank paper and we tried to stop it and now it is stuck in our memory. we cant figure out how to erase the received memory so we can use the machine again

Turn the machine off, then hold the STart?enter and Stop button while turning it back on. Just follow the message on the display.

Usually, you can just leave the thing unplugged- from the power supply- for a while and clear its memory. There may also be a reset button on the machine, look for it near where the ports/connectors are, and hold it down- most devices will flash a light or beep if the reset is done properly.

How do you send a fax with a fo 760?

It asn't my fax, I as doing it for a freind. I own mainly HP products and I gotta tell you the online help from HP is very good, after tying to find out just how to fax a peice of paper from sharp I would never buy a sharp machine.Regards Paul.

You have a bad Document transfer sensor. Sensor is located under the doc. transfer roller.
