Hi, I have a sansa e250, and it seems it is frozen. Tried to hold turn off buttom for about 20 seconds, and when it starts turning on, the Sandisk logo shows up, then updating data with that line being shown in porcentage.........1%.....4%...But the real problem, it gets frozen at this part. After that , nothing workks. Turn it off again, and the same problem comes back. Tried to connect it ,now my computer does not recognize it...What should I do? Thanks Cris Goulart

Try to reset it- hold down the power button for about twenty seconds. http://sandisk.com/Retail/Default.aspx?CatID=1532 The tool you can download at the above link will supposedly reset the machine to its factory condition; note that any data on the device will be lost.
