Question about Bell & Howell BH-41 Digital Camera
When button to snap picture is hit, no sound is heard, nor green light processing(therefore no photo saved). Camera turns on (the screen shows full battery, full memory, 12 previous pictures taken and highest level of picture quality. Button to snap picture still goes down easily. New batteries. Camera is a: BH41 1.3 Mega pixel I looked inside, and there is no loose wires nor visible cracks. There must have been pressure on the bottom because a piece of camera shell came off. In this area there is a capasitor (size of a battery) and a white band for electrical signals. No visible cracks. There is a slight dent in a grey capasitor. It says 2b 100 6.3v. Button to snap picture still goes down easily. New batteries. Loretta

I was fighting with a Scanner and camera Wizard issue in XP and looking at all kinds of sites, forums. One that came up was someone had a similar problem to yours and had to go into Norton and uncheck removable drives to get the drive to show up. Also check the microsoft site for fixes, patches for ME. On my problem the drive wasthere but the wizard would not open and someone suggested to remmove Realplayer. It worked!!
