I have a  Philips DVD home theater system HTS3544 and my remote is broke i have a ir/ uhf pro 6.0 serial number 132578 i need the code for the phillips dvd home theather to enter the code in the remote do you have any? thanks lori hunter

Hey there, Cheri Torres with DISH Network Customer Service here. I came across your post and wanted to see if I could help. We have a few different codes for each of our different models of remotes. I will list here for you the best codes for our more popular models of remotes and the instructions for addressing the remote to your DVD player. Instructions for addressing the remote to the DVD player

1. Press and hold the AUX mode button until all mode button back lights come on, then release.
2. Use the number buttons to enter the device code corresponding to the equipment.
   Note: The light will blink off after each digit is entered and then return to a steady light.
3. Press the POUND (#) button.
   
   If the code entered is valid for the remote, the mode light flashes three times.

You sort of have to stick with it or something like it from Panasonic.

Not all remote are compatible with all our receivers. Depending on the receiver and remote model numbers, if they are compatible you can readdress the remote to the receiver. I have provided a link for readdressing the remote to the receiver. I hope this helps.

I have the same problem. The only time that I can get it to work is whenever I turn on the cable box the home theater system turns on too. When I use the DVR it will turn it on too and want to play the CD/DVD. I have a Comcast Motorola DCH3416 DVR box.

The code for the 6.3 ir/uhf pro remote when set to uhf is 794. Fist hold down aux until all lights blink then press 2 then enter 794 and press #.
