Calendar and outlook sync

I have old calendar items in my outlook that do not appear on my iPaq, even after multiple syncing. Is there a way to get that past information into the handheld? Would this have anything to do with the fact that about 2-3 weeks ago, the battery power was entirely drained?

Is ActiveSync set to sync only items from the last 2 weeks?

Sync Iphone with outlook

just install itunes and you can sync calendar and contact to your iphone. You cannot sync the notes and tasks but. I have just bought an iphone and before I was using an HP ipaq like you. Everything is synced except for the notes and tasks. You cannot even see any word or excel files you had on your ipaq. Cheers

Ipaq h2210 won't sync with desktop

Usually the simplest solution with Microsoft software such as active-sync is to uninstall it and install it again from scratch. When you reinstall it will ask you what programs you want to sync with, your old PIM software has been lowered in priority in favour of Outlook because MS think everyone should want to use it, so it's often easier to start using Outlook as your main PIM.

Sync problem with Outlook Public calendar

Hi Brad,

By default, it won't sync the company shared calendar. This is in fact very hard to do. You will need to speak the guys in your IT department about a product to sync your calendar with the company one. If you use Exchange server, then you may wish to look towards a product such as 'SlipStick'...

Outlook

Check the setting on the ipaq, go to ActiveSync and tools, options, server and make sure calendar, contacts and inbox are not selected here. Then, put the pda in its cradle and let it do a sync, it should change the settings on the desktop and the (sync status on device) should disappear. I had a similar problem and after de-selecting these, everything worked fine.

Treo 650 is not syncing with outlook calendar, but syncing with everything else.

You may have tried Exchange ActiveSync in VersaMail When you setup an Exchange ActiveSync account in VersaMail, you are asking your Treo to synchronize email and your calendar with an Exchance 2003 server. In order to prevent duplicates, VersaMail disables Calendar synchronization via HotSync while the account exists on your Treo. So if you are an Exchange ActiveSync (EAS) user, you have a choice; you either sync wirelessly or you can delete the EAS account in VersaMail and can then sync your Calendar via HotSync. You cannot do both unfortunately.

Calendar Sync issues with Treo 650

Tryy this -- Go to Chapura.com and purchase the pocket mirror software. I have Sprint service and that additional software has resolved my synch issues.

Delete calendar

Open Active sync on your PC. Double Click on Calendar. Change the settings such that it syncs only 0 past and 0 future appointments. SYNC (this will clear all calendar items on the IPAQ) Don't forget to change these settings back.

Unresolved Items when synching

Try the following.... Open Active sync on your PC. Double Click on Calendar. Change the settings such that it syncs only 0 past and 0 future appointments. SYNC (this will clear all calendar items on the IPAQ) Now go back in to those Calendar settings, and set it back to the default which is 2 past weeks and All Future appointments. SYNC (this will now reload all appointments into your Ipaq)

Hx4700 not sync all items in calendar

So make sure that you are displaying all categories.... If while on Calendar screen, you click on Tools, Categories... then all category boxes shown , should NOT be checked. If any of them are checked, then you will only be seeing that category of appointments.
