Help with HP deskjet 920C - Cannot get light to go off !
I have a hp deskjet 920. Replaced color cartridge with hp brand. The light blinks and intially said needs alighnment. Went to the toolbox to align cartridges, however, it won't even print a page to test it out and still blinks. I have tried unplugging the printer, turning it off/on , rebooting and various other things. Can someone provide some insight as to what it could be . I am really stumped

In this case you will need two new cartridges to identify the problem.
Take one new color cartridge and one black.
Now, remove both the old cartridges and install the new ones and restart the printer.
Most probably your issue should be resolved.
Please ensure that you are using the following cartridges only.
