Question about Pioneer SD-643HD5 64" Rear Projection Television
I have Blue lines across in the lower 1/3 of the screen. Every object or text that are white will be yellowish and a shadow in blue will project about a feet above. Only in the lower part of the screen. The rest of the screen have regular color but not 100% sharp. Is that a bulb to change or a more complicated problem that needs an expert?
You need to replace convergence chips - they are behind the large black heatsink

I have the same problem, with the convergence. Purchased the TV at costco about 6 years ago, been having the same problem for a few years.
