Hold the reset button and press the start/stop to go into the setting mode. Then press/hold the start/stop to adjust the second hand and the reset button for the 30-minute one. Then do the reset+start/stop combo again to return to normal mode. I found this out myself in 5 minutes. Cool watch :]

If it is a new watch then have you still got the user manual?
I have seen some watch instructions detailing how to do want you want to do, so it might be a common problem.
If you cannot sort it out and have a Kenneth Cole dealer near you, then take it in and discuss it with them.
Their web site does not seem to have any instruction manuals for downloading , so I can't read the instructions for myself but if phone them on 1 800 KEN COLE (536-26530), then they may be able to help you.
Pull your time adjustment knob out 2 clicks. hold down the chronograph time reset button and then press the start stop button and it will move to the next second. keep doing it until it is back at the 12 o'clock position.
That's easy. You need to calibrate it. In normal time mode, pull the crown out all the way and then use the pushers to step it back to the zero position. When finished, push the crown back in. You can also calibrate the sub-dails in a similar fashion.
