PC does not respond to mouse or keyboard

I have a Logitech cordless keyboard and mouse for my PC.

Last night everything worked normally. I shut down normally using the mouse.

This morning the PC responds to neither the keyboard nor the mouse.

I checked the connections -- everything is seated properly.

I checked the batteries -- they are fine.

I am using a different PC right now. :-)

Normal 0 Turn the mouse over and find the small rest/connect button on the bottom of the mouse and press it to Reset/Connect the mouse to the receiver and work properly.
If not, try pressing the receiver button and then press the mouse. This should be done whenever you change batteries or glitch.
Hope this helps you. Bud

My mouse is not responding its a Logitech NX80

Other than the obvious batteries going down, it could be 1) channel selector needs to be recycled ( receiver looking into wrong channel) 2) software is pointing toward traditional mouse ( wireless mouse got deselected) 3) mouse broke, very improbable.

My cordless mouse will not go off when I shutdown my computer, I always have to remove the bat- teries.

Your PC shutting down has no control over the mouse but it will shut down on its own after a few minutes of no activity. This is normal.

Logitech Mouse V320 Corless Optical Mouse not working

The warrenty period is usually a year. Is there a connection button on the receiver as well? Normally you need to press the connect button on the mouse, and then on the receiver shortly there after. If you want to replace it, you might have an easier time just getting a new mouse.

Cordless mouse and keyboard only work within three feet of sensor

I called Logitech. They said to get a new one. I guess it's still under warranty, so they'll probably send me a new one.
