Hello. I just bought a new samsung yp-z5 mp3 off of ebay, what I didn't realize was, that I bought a broken one. The player turns on and lets you sync music, but yu can play anything because the navigation pad doesn't work. Any way I can fix this without spending money? Thank You.
No... the keypad sensors can only be fixed by relacing the actual touch/keypad itself (unless you're a techy, and have access to a service manual???). If this unit was purchased NEW by previous owner less than 12mnths ago, then it is still under Samsung's factory warranty. If so, this repair may be covered under warranty, and parts are actually available ex Korea (if they don't have already). Good luck.
