Exilim Z-60 I was wondering if there is an option that can help me take pictures while clubbing; like a light that would show where I am pointing at so that I do not end up with half faces on my pictures
thanks

It usually depends on the camera used, but there are easy steps to overcome this problem. If your camera has the option to increase shutter speed and about 1/60 - 1/80, and set the ISO high to about 800, then you can rid yourself of your flash. But if this is not the option, here are some steps to achieve better looking pictures using your camera's flash.
1. Make sure your subject isn't against the light. Basic, but it does wonders. Your flash may try to compensate for the bright light in the background which is the reason it overwhelms your subject.
2. Your surrounding must have at least a decent light source. Try rearranging your light so that your subject is underneath sufficient lighting.
Try shutting off your flash and see if it still does that. It sounds like you have a problem with your flash not charging correctly. You can try resetting the camera but I doubt if that will help. I would try just shutting the flash off and see if that would help.
Plan on having extra light sources on hand whenever you shoot digital. It's the nature of this wonderful beast: Digicams just need more light than film to get the job done because film is simply more sensitive to light than the sensor arrays in most digital cameras
Make sure you are doing it all correctly by deep study of the manual.
Has it been set to Macro for example.?
Are you taking in low light[slow speed] conditions and getting camera shake?
If you are satisfied you are are doing all that you can- Take it back for replacement - take a blurry print with you to prove the point
