Question about Westinghouse LTV-19w6 Television
Had to cut off my cable and wanted to get the basic local channels through my tv. Did the air scan and I get nothing.
Look to see correctly hooked and that in the menu the set is now not set to catv or cable but to air/antenna. If no antenna connected to set or if just indoor antenna you may not pickup on auto search--try to direct enter a known channel with the remote--if you get one you can in the set menu manually add to the memory the set has.

I have experienced exactly the same issue on two Westinghouse sets. Try turning the set off when it reaches 83%. When I turn mine off and back on, it has saved the channels -- at least the ones it had found before it got hung up.

you need a digital converter box because there's no more antenna / analog reception signals for American TV transmission anymore.

I ran the Auto Scan. Before the scan reached 91%, I pressed the Menu button on my remote and all of the channels that it found locked in.

The atsc or qam tuner in your Westinghouse LTV-32W3 HDTV is malfunctioning and needs to be replaced. Unfortunately you will need to purchase a new mainboard since it is integrated. Another option is to return to using an external tuner like your cable box.
