I have this brand new xerox xc356 was in sealed box , but not powering up .. what is the problem ? please
Very easy fix, pull out toner cart. and put back in with a big push.
Does it display any error codes? anything? no power at all is not a good sign.
Well, when the copier is new, it is best you take it back to the dealer and get other . You should have a warranty on this product.
