We had a 20 block wide power outage a couple of weeks ago and ever since the intercom feature of our phone system is not working. I have looked everywhere that I can think of and tryed rebooting the system and nothing seems to work. Anyone else had this problem? Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks
For the overhead paging the access code would be Intercom *71

If you mean intercom, as in Speaker/overhead paging, then the buttons need to be reprogrammed to access the intercom. If you mean calling from one avaya phone to another, then the system is more then likely fried. from your system press the intercom button, 61. that should give you the paging access that I think you are looking for.
