Hi,
I hate to tell you this but that thermostat will not work with your system.
The system you have is a 2 stage system and the thermostat you got will only do one stage.
You will need to get a thermostat theat is compatible with stage heating and cooling.
The W1 is the first stage heating, the W2 is second heating. The same is true for Y1 and Y2 on cooling
You could double them up, but it would defeat the encomoy reasons for having a 2 stage unit.
Wish I could give you better news..
I hope that this will help you to solve your problem!
Thanks for using Fixya!!

I'm assuming your fan is connected to a switch on the wall,if it doesn't turn the fan or light on,as your remote doesn't,then your electrical wires have come loose causing you not to have power to fan,you will have to remove the parts to get to your wing nuts holding your wires together to make a good connection and put electrical tape over wing nuts and wire to keep together, vibration will cause them to come loose, make sure you turn power off at breaker.
