The Dryer says Control Locked how do I fix it

Which brand/model of dryer do you have? For most dryers, you need to press and hold either one button or a pair of buttons at the same time to toggle the lock on and off. Frequently the correct button or pair of buttons will be indicated with a small padlock or child's face. Some LG dryers are nice; the button is labeled Lock/Unlock. Press and hold the button for 3+ seconds until you hear a beep and see the alert go off. The Whirlpool Duet (and the Kenmore equivalent) require you to press and hold the End of Cycle button for 15 seconds. On at least some Frigidaire dryers, press and hold Select and Options for 10+ seconds.

The control lock prevents someone from changing the settings or starting the dryer running when it shouldn't.
If the appropriate steps for your washer fail, try unplugging the dryer for a while. If the lock remains enabled, the control panel isn't communicating properly with the board. Either the panel will need replacement or the board itself.
I hope this helps.

Child lock is stuck on and athe dryer will not turn on. How do yoiu turn off the child lock?

HI!!
Child Lock can be used to prevent your children from undesirable use on control panel while the dryer is running. When Child Lock is enabled, all the button will be locked and Child Lock glows. To lock Child Lock, Press and hold Rack Dry for 3 seconds, A single beep tone is heard and CL is displayed on the status window. To unlock Child Lock, press and hold Rack Dry for 3 seconds again.
