Printer keeps feeding 2 or more sheets causing jams paper used 100gsm cartridge
I don't know how many copies you have on this unit, so bear with me. I'm intimately familiar with your model, but it has either a separation pad (most likely) or a separation roller. I works on the "frictional difference" of the paper vs the friction between 2 sheets of paper. You can try cleaning this pad with some denatured alcohol (there may be disputes with other experts on this choice of substance, but what I use is not generally available, INX or trichlorothene 1.1.1) Another factor is that your climate is fair right now and you may have the windows open and there may be a fair amount of moisture in the air which will acerbate this type of problem. Try a fresh unopened ream of paper and see if it helps. You can do a Google search and probably come up with the separation pad or roller number. It should be operator replaceable or at least not rocket science to replace it. Hope it helps Ed

Sorry

Sorry I couldn't come there an fix it for you.
I guess I must have been way off base. I wish you would have give me some feedback if I was wrong, but I am not there to make a really good diagnosis.
If I was wrong, please let me know what the solution was so I can pass it along and/or use it in my own profession.
Thanks for the "rating"

Leading
cause of paper jams is debris/foreign objects that accidentally fell into the
paper feed area. Please follow steps below to fix the problem:
1. Remove
the sheets of paper from the feeder.
2. Grab a
flashlight and look inside the feeder for any debris or foreign objects.
3. If
you're willing and physically able, you may also turn the printer over. Any
debris should just freely roll out from the feeder.
4. If
feeder is clear, place the printer back on the table, open the printer cover
and remove the cartridges.
5. Check
the cartridge area for any obstructions/debris in the cartridge carrier's path
or the paper path.
6. If
cartridge area is clear, close the cover.
7. Rebrick
(pull out power supply, black box where the power cord is plugged in at the
back of the printer, and put it back after 30 seconds).
8. When the
printer turns on, reinsert the cartridges and load some paper. Try to print
again.
