I have a Dymo LetraTag hand held printer. The button on the side that cuts the lable is broken and will no longer cut. Where can this unit be sent for repair? Or can it be fixed? And do you know what it might cost?

I was having the same problem. When you load the tape make sure to push it through the slot just in line with the white lever that sticks out of the left side of the machine.
Dymo don't do spare parts for their machines - because most of them are so cheap now that it's much cheaper to buy a new one than it is to repair them.
This is especially so for the LetraTAG machines which are the cheapest in the Dymo label maker range.
For that price it's a no-brainer - if the display is unreadable just buy a new one!
I found a download for the instructions. Go to Dymo webpage. Igot there from google.
Click support, FAQ, fill in letra lable makers, and instructions.
Go a few pages in they are there. Good luck.
