The black cartbridge is not printing and won't align

I have changed the cartbridge to another one and the problem stil exists, so the cartbridge is not the problem. When the computer tries to print something or when I print an alignment page (can be printed when you change cartbridge and select "Yes" for "new cartbridge"), it seems like it tries to print the page but it doesn't print anything on the paper at all. The color cartbridge is working well. Addiotionally, black ink is coming out of the black cartbridge when I press it manually to a paper, so lack of ink is not the problem. Thank you!

Printer won't print or scan. We don't receive any error message. We've carried out cleaning maintenance, reloaded the print drivers and replace the USB cable. Can you help.

I just could not get the alignment correct on my Z517. Black ink cam out but not on line C of the alignment test. I cleaned the nozzles dozens of time. Basically, the printer has expired.

Dies this model have a separate print head? Or is the head part of the cartridge? If it is the latter then it seems to be a data transfer problem- which means possibly the contacts in the machine that mate with the contacts on the cartridge are dirty or damaged. In the first instance try gentle rubbing with a moist tissue the in machine contacts then try. Also try the Lexmark website Tech Support Team.

I just replaced my ink cartridge and now it's printing blank pages. I've unplugged & restarted the printer however the problem still exists. The printer says there is an "alignment...

Run a few "print-head-cleaning" cycles, to get the black ink flowing through the ink-jets inside the print-head.

Some printers REQUIRE an "alignment" step every time you change the ink-cartridges.
It only takes a few minutes, and it prints one or two pages of paper.

I have Lexmark X125 and get message "Check Cartride" I put a new Black Cartride in and get message " None Changed" Printer won't print. What can I do?

What is the black cartridge version that you are using on your Lexmark X125 printer? If you are inserting a photo cartridge on your printer, please follow these steps: 1. Remove the black cartridge and insert the photo cartridge. The printer LCD screen will display CARTRIDGE? NONE CHANGED. 2. Press the Options button to select NEW RIGHT and then press Start. The printer LCD screen will now display RIGHT CARTRIDGE? 3. Use the Options button to select the STD PHOTO cartridge type and click Start. An Alignment page will then print. When the Alignment page is fully printed, the LCD screen will display CARTRIDGE ALIGN. 15 [00-30] A , where - 15 represents the straightest line on the page; - [00-30] is the value range you can select from, between 00 and 30 - A represents the line in each section. 4. Use the numbers on the keypad to select the number of the line you think is the straightest. As you press the number, the LCD will change to the next line automatically. Select the number representing the straightest line in each section.

My epson stylus cx6000 has stopped printing black. I've cleaned the print head, changed the cartridge and it still won't print black. What else can I do?

Be sure you are using genuine epson ink. Epson printers are "smart" and will not allow generic ink to work properly. Even after you replace a generic with a genuine it may take several print outs and alignments to get it to print again.

Clean the nozzles, align the print heads, turn it off for about an hour. You may need to do this twice, but it works for me.

HP officejet pro l7680 all in one

Most likely the print head has failed and the black is not printing which is causing the printer to have issues. Talk to HP as I guess printheads have warranty or simply change the yellow/black printhead. Or if all of these fail give the machine to HP to get you a new one as this is not right. I hope this helps.
