According to the manual, this is an element relay circuit failure. Call the tech.

SOURCE: Dacor ECS230 Wall Oven Control Panel Time functions not working
Try turning the power off at the breaker for 12 hours.
I had the same problem, tried turning the power off for a few minutes but that did not fix the problem.
Leaving the power off overnight seems to have fixed it.

SOURCE: Dacor CPS 130 oven will not heat
This model actually made this way. Sometime you can not see the thermostat because of the bracket in front of the door latch. When you remove grill panel under control panel you gonna see this bracket. It pulls out very easy. Behind the door latch you will see thermostat with red button on the middle. Before resetting this button make sure you disconnect electricity.

Nothing easy to solve. If it is newer, it could simply be a mounting screw or bolt loosening. If it is older, it could be the motor bearing. Noise described is so nebulous. It will require you checking it yourself by pulling everything out or calling a repairman.

SOURCE: Hi, I have a dacore
Hi.
It sounds like a defective control board.
First ensure that it is not a setting problem, that the oven is not in timed bake mode, and that the oven is not in Sab mode (control locked for three day), or in Holiday mode. If oven is in Sab mode, it is still malfunctioning, as in this mode the oven is not supposed to start at all.
Contact Dacor using this form , include full model number, and descibe the problem accurately. They will tell you if the problem is setting related.
If the problem is not related to settings, and the oven goes off on its own, then the timer board is usually the culprit. Since the timer board(oven electronic control) is expensive it is better to have it tested before replacement. Testing timer board consists in summary test at component level, voltage reading during operation and testing of other parts that can cause the problem.
One part that must be surely tested before replacing timer board is the door lock. Ensure also that the connection to wallsocket is OK.
Regards.
