I checked to make sure the cable connections are good and that it is plugged in.
SOURCE: Tv wont turn on worked fine last night
If there is no power at all, then the problem is likely the power supply unit.
The PSU must be tested, then eventually replaced.

The main board needs to be replaced.
SOURCE: power button is green - no blinks / no picture / no sound
Unplug it from the wall, wait 2 minutes and plug it back in. if problem still exists, its probably the main pcb.

You will have to have the set checked by someone to confirm this,
but most likely there is a problem with the TVs internal power supply.

mine is doing the same thing, worked fine last night, havent had it on all day cuz I was gone, and I get home and it would not power on, and the red standby light is off too, like there is no power to the TV at all.
I have unplugged tv all night, unplugged cable for hours, took batteries out of remote and left them out. Nothing seems to help to stop it from continuing to go through all the channels.
