When the anti locks activate the make a loud clicking sound and a louder rubbing sound that you can feel on the passenger side. The problem disappears after the car warms up. Dealership said the problem could be a sensor, but they didn't know which one (only that one of them was a lot more expensive than the other). Since the problems goes away after the car warms up, they didn't think it was anything to worry about. What really is causing this noise and how is it fixed?
If the issue goes away when the car is hot, then it's likely not a sensor issue. Check the brake caliper for free moving and check the caliper's pistons to make sure they aren't seized.
Check the condition of the brake disk and pads.

sounds like the flex line is crushed inside alowing the caliper to apply but not release.
The best way to tell is to pump up the brake pedal and get the caliper to lock up. Open the bleeder screw. If the wheel suddenly become easy to turn, the flex line is wrecked. If it is still hard to turn, there is a problem with your caliper.

that has four wheel anti lock so your gonna need to either take all them off and clean ends it may correct the problem but more than likely your gonna have to take to a large shop that has abs computer to find which sensor is bad then correct the problem

Hi there, this is a very common fault, what ever side door the noise is coming from you need to replace the door actuator to cure the noise, Ive done loads of these, not sure how much it is though, hope this helps.

It could be a bad sensor on the abs system if everything seems to be ok, w/ fluid level and pads.

Is there any warning lights or malfunction besides this?? There are three main parts that may cause this: Park/Neutral safety switch(located on the transmission), Brake pedal switch(located at the brake pedal), Shift lock solenoid(located below the shifter). P/N safety switch prevents the shifter from shifting out of (P) or shifting into (R/P) while vehicle is in motion. Brake pedal switch sends a signal to release the shifter lock to shift out of park. Shift lock, locks the shifter as describe above and is located at the shifter base. I recommend inspection/replacement of the shift lock solenoid and P/N safety switch as its an intermitted problem.
