You can attempt to restore it again. If you cannot do anything on the device and it's stuck, put it into recovery mode.

SOURCE: iphone will not restore

try respring it (central + power buttons together and then connect to iTunes in safe mode,choose full restore (it will erase everything but if you have back up can be restored).

IPhone: First call not connecting

Go to your settings, and then to safari, and clear the cache, and all history, and then do a master reset by holding down the home button, and power button until the apple logo appears. Let me know how that goes.

Go to settings general reset and then choose what you need to reset. If that doesn't work try restoring your phone in itunes. You will lose all data on your phone. Then re-sync it!!

I have a iphone 3g it will work fine allday untill i get a phone call and they hang up the phones screen goes white (crashes). Give the phone a reset and it will fire back into life, if i end the call it...

try restoring your iphone... or update to newest firmware in itunes... dont forget to back your iphone up first

I rest my setting i phone 3g it hang up and showing only Apple

go onto itunes and click on the iphone down the side bit where the music symbol and stuff is so click on the iphone and then click on where it says check for updates click on restore

My apple iphone has a hang up problem..

just press the on/off button as well as the home button simultaneously for about 10 secs.

This will turn your phone off.

Then start it again normally..
