Search the site by type in the brand name to your device, in the "Search box at the top right of the display window" to see the set-up codes to your device, with different brand remote controls.
If you know the setup codes to check with your TV brand, Direct Code Entry
Press and hold the SETUP button until the red indicator stays on, then
release the SETUP button.
Press and release the desired Mode button (TV, VCR, etc.). The red indicator
blinks, then stays lit.
Enter the 4 digit code from the code tables. Note: after a valid code entry,
the red indicator turns off. For an invalid code, the red indicator flashes.
With your device on, press CHANNEL UP. If the device responds, no further
programming is required. Note: If some buttons do not operate your device, try
one of the other codes for your brand.

Very simple solution: When the pixma mp620 screen shows error U130, Hold down the stop (red triangle) key for about 7 - 10 seconds. This overrides/turns off the ink monitoring function. The printer will begin "thinking" for a bit and then start printing. Note: you may have to do this seperately for each color. You'll also notice that when the lid is open and the cartridges are in position for changing, the cartridges that used to be "out" are no longer flashing red, nor a stead red. They are dark.
There is a factory preset parental code you need to enter (unless that default code was changed). That factory code is in your user manual. In order the enter the codem, you will need the remote (number pad). The remote can be ordered through Soundstorm for $35.00 and you can download the manual from their knowledge base, just search "SDVD-100". Once you have both, just use the number pad on the remote to enter the factory parental code and the system will unlock.
