First Option:
mostly nokia chargers doesn't make problems...
just try the following..
connect ur mobile with a system (usb cable)...
found out whether it is charging or not...
if the same prblm appears then there is a prblm in ur cell phone or power jack(socket)...
if it charged with usb cable buy a new charger
Please change Phone Bettery and check the charging
IF Charging Problem not Solved So
Second Option:
Your Phone charging IC Fault So Please change charging IC
And charging Problem will Solved Quickly

More than likely, you will need to reset your password for your GMail to get back into your phone. Go to Google.com to reset your information.
If you are unable to do this, you will need to do a Factory Restore to your phone. WARNING: Factory Restore will erase all phone data. It will restore the phone back to the stage when you first purchased it.
To restore your phone back to factory settings do the following:
1. Power down the phone.
2. Hold the Volume Down button and press the power button.
3. A menu pops up, release the Volume Down button.

To get Adobe flash player on your phone, all you need to do to visit the Android Marketplace which is found as an app on your phone. On the Android marketplace search for "flash" and it will come up "Flash player 10". Download this and install it to your phone and you will now have flash player :)
I don't think any plugins are compatible unfortunately, but I may be wrong when it comes to that.
