Try to close all programs before playing that game on your computer

Usually it is due to a memory problem that it happens.

You can try to update the graphic card driver and see if it works since it can also be the cause of that problem.

Download andinstall the drivers.If you don't see windows 7 drivers, maybe the vista drivers will work. Give it a try.

hi names Rui, may i ask what is the problem? can you be more specific with that? is your problen the CD doesn't run/play? no serial number? if your problem is doesnt play if its an original windows 7 you can just go to the store that you buy the dvd from and get a replacement for it, just dont forget to bring the reciept for proof. if seirl just google a free windows 7 home keygen.

I am also using win 7 home premium.With microsoft security essentials.

There could be a few reasons why its not working for you.

1 If you have another anti virus program it must be completely un installed.
2 You downloaded win 7 32 bit, and not win 7 64 bit version.
3 Download corrupt.un install essentials and re download and install.

if you are doing an upgrade from windows vista to windows 7 check first the version of your vista operating system, for example if you are using windows vista home premium 32 bit then the windows 7 CD that you need is windows 7 home premium 32 bit also, cant mix any versions or types of bit. it should be always the same. try also to download the windows upgrade advisory run it and check for programs and applications that you installed or pre-installed in your computer that cant affect the installation, remove those programs and applications that are not compatible with windows 7. just install those back again after.

if you are doing a clean installation of the windows 7
check first if the system requirements for windows 7 installation is applicable to the specification of your computer. if your system is capable the bqack up your files and go ahead with the installation

Windows 7 by default has blue-ray support so there is no use of the drivers. If you are playing a movie, then You need to install the codec’s for Blu-Ray. Your Blu-ray drive should have came with media containing the codec’s. You can also use your favorite search engine and search for free Blu-ray codec’s.
You can install Power DVD 9 which install a codec for Blu-ray drive.

Maybe Nero 7 isn't compatible with Vista? Have you tried downloading other trial programs or any file from the Internet? If nero 7 is the only program you can download, try other versions e.g Nero 8 or later versions?
