My neice can do it from her sprint smart phone but you might have to initialize it through a home computer first, just for driver purposes

My ipone7 is paired to the radio, but when I select the Bluetooth option to play music, it says to disable the appradio mode device.

The AppRadio Mode is a feature that is built into some Pioneer car stereos, which allows users to control and access compatible smartphone apps directly from the car stereo display.
If your iPhone 7 is paired to your car stereo, but you are unable to play music over Bluetooth, it may be because the AppRadio Mode is currently active. To resolve this issue, you'll need to disable the AppRadio Mode on your Pioneer car stereo. This can typically be done by pressing a dedicated button on the car stereo, or by accessing the settings menu and selecting the option to turn off AppRadio Mode.
If you need further assistance, I recommend consulting the user manual for your Pioneer car stereo, or contacting Pioneer support for more information.

Can I put my micro sd 16gd into this and play music through usb on car stereo?

To my knowledge, USB ports on smartphones are only used for transferring files to/from a PC. You'll need either a mini-phono (1/8") input on your car stereo and a male-male mini-phono adapter cord or play to a Bluetooth receiver that either transmits to your car's FM band or has an audio input to your car stereo. I am conneted to the car system but no audio in coming or out goig calls

The only thing i can think of is that it might the bluetooth protocol used by the two are not completely compatible. Look in the manual for the stereo and see if the bluetooth is AD2P if so then the hero doesn't support that type of bluetooth stereo. best guess

Unable to establish a connections with home stero and car

This is how this device works: regarding its bluetooth part, this device is able to handle handsfree (HFP) and headset (HSP) profiles, which are meant to be used by previously paired bluetooth enabled phones, for phone calls purposes only, and Advanced Audio/Video Distribution (A2DP) and AudioVideo Remote Control (AVRCP) profiles, which are designed for stereo music, coming from previously paired compatible bluetooth sources, to be received and controlled (play/pause/prev/next). The only purely transmitter part of this device is its FM funcion, i.e. it receives A2DP streams from a bluetooth enabled device (e.g. computer, smartphone) and converts them to a predefined FM station, so that your car (or home stereo) can tune up and sound on their speakers.
Summarizing: the T505 bluetooth car kit receives phone calls and stereo music from bluetooth enabled sources and either sends them to its own loudspeaker, or converts them to a predefined FM station, to be tuned by another device.
If you happen to need its user guide, you can download it from here.
Please, let me know if I can help you any further.
Regards, Carlos
