Re: The shutter butto wont take pictures anymore. What...
These cameras are made in such a way that they contain a 'Zoom Lens' Block this unit has in it the iris mechanisim. When the camera has been dropped this frequently jams in the closed position with the concequental loss of pictures. This is one of the probable causes but definitly the only one. The cost of returning the camera to Fuli would be greater than the replacement cost with a second hand working camera.

As long as the orange light is on, the camera is not ready to make a picture. The focus area, should become green, to tell you the camera is in focus. Then you can press the shutter release button complete. Check the settings of the camera, and put it in automatic. When you put it in one of the manual modes pipe P M S or A, the camera will not take a picture when there is not enough lift or something else you did not take in account.
If the camera keeps this way, unless you switched to auto, it could be there is something going on. but let me know it auto des not work.
My shutter does that when there is low light, or just slow shutter speed. You could try changing those settings, otherwise, last time mine got stuck, I loosened a screw on the bottom right under the shutter release button and the shutter just snapped back into its place.
Kindly explain the problem in detail. i.e.
1) how did this happened. all of a sudden or you dropped the camera, or something else.
2)when you half press the shutter button, does the camera focus , or its keep on trying to focus. if the camera would not focus the image it wont take the picture.
3) even it focuses the image instantly and still it is taking long time to expose the photo. ???
i have the same problem ..
it was error 16 AND 21 .
im not entirely sure about the error 27 or any other
but i do know for a fact its because there
is something like dirt ; hairspray ; make up etc.
in the lens .
idk how to take the camera apart ..
but your best luck is to kind of jar your camera with your
palm or a book or something .
mine fell on the floor at first and was fixed ,
but today i dropped it in a little bit of sand and hasnt gone
back down yet .
im hoping i can fix it :/
let me know if any of you have any luck .
You mean the lens protector doors, not the camera shutter. This seems to be a problem on this camera. Aparently you bumped it against something or dropped it. The only way I know of to fix this is to take it apart and set the arm of the spring again into the side as it should be. You cant do it with out takeing it apart.
