This took me ages. Hope it not too hard to follow.
1st square is a small one made up of the top left four pins of the 1st and 2nd row,and is the only straight square on the board.
2nd square is made from 3rd pin top row connected to 5th pin 2nd row, then make a sq from here.
3rd square is made by connecting 4th pin top row to 3rd pin down on far right row, then make the largest sq from here.
4th square is made by connecting 5th pin top row to top pin in the far right row then make the sq from here.
5th square is made by connecting 3rd pin 2nd row to 2nd pin down far right row, then make the rest of the square from here.
6th square is made by connecting 3rd pin across on 3rd row to 4th pin across on 4th row, then make the rest of the square from here. Finally 7th square is made by connecting 1st pin 4th row to 1st pin 5th row, and make the rest of the square from here.
When I describe pins, I am talking about actual pins, not counting gaps where pin could be.
Hope this helps.

Solving puzzle 100 on professor layton curious village

This continues to be the most commonly asked about Curious Village puzzle on FixYa (a quick search finds several pages of answers)

As the hints state, all but one square is tilted and each pin can only be used once

The hints also give you the location of three squares and tell you the size and angle of another two squares

As an extra hint, none of the three small tilted squares mentioned in the hints overlap each other (knowing this gives you the location of one more square and just two possible locations for another)

From here, the rest should be easy (with eight pins to form two squares)

Make sure to use all the pins (all squares must have a pin in each corner)

A picture of the solution can be seen here if you need it

Prof Laytons curious village ...

This is one of the most asked about puzzles

As the hints state, all but one square is tilted and each pin can only be used once

The hints also give you the location of some of the squares

As an extra hint, none of the three small tilted squares mentioned in the hints overlap each other

From here, the rest should be fairly easy

Make sure to use all the pins (all squares must have a pin in each corner)

Answer to puzzle 100 on prof leyton and the curious village

The hints give you the location of 3 squares and tell you the size and angle of another 2 squares

As an extra hint, none of the three small squares mentioned in the hints overlap one another (which greatly limits where they can be)

From here, the rest of the puzzle should be fairly simple (basically 8 pins to form 2 squares)

Remember that each pin can only be used once and that each square must have a pin in the corner
