9 times out of ten that means you need a new drum when it does print does it look ok?? if yes then its definatly the drum it measures the voltage on the drum when its worn this code happens sorry
I know what the code means...... You have to replace the ECO/D PCB it is located above the CPU PCB. It mostly shows up on brand new machines... Did you change any other PCB's??? You are going to have to call Canon Help desk.... I don't think you can order it.....
