Question about Palm Treo 650 Handheld

Intellisync problem when unit tries to intellisync (down load email,update calendar, & contacts) the unit suts off and reboots. Tryed soft & warm resets and samthing happens.

First, uninstall all software, Palm Desktop and Intellisync. Move the user files to the desktop. Reinstall all software. Try a sync. If this doesn't work, move the user files back to the proper location. Then uninstall all software, Palm Desktop and Intellisync. Now do a hard reset of palm unit. Try sync-ing.
