1-you need a Ifax/scan key"physical component"
2- if you have the key the you go function-7-1-start-then keep pressing start and you will see the sub net mask, ip, gateway, smtp all that you need

How do I program NYSE fax forwarding on the PanaFax UF-8000?

Sir,

First Enter Fax Service Mode

Press FAX/EMAIL
Next Press Function "7"
Then "Monitor" four times
Then "Star"

Enter 068 or use the arrow keys to get to "68"

Set: 1 Off/2 ON

USA and Canada Only

to Exit Stop

How do you flush the panafax 8000 memory?

Your killing a fly with a sledge hammer. If you do a ALL JOB clear from test mode 6 instead of SHIPMENT SET... you wont loose all your one-touches or fax parameter settings.

We use the Panafax UF 8000 only as a fax. Can we use it to scan?

Hi,

The Network /Email Scanner Card is an option. You can, however, use the Panafax as a Network Printer.

The printer driver is on the Document Management CD.

Email problems on Panafax UF-8000

you need a IFAX/email key "small little electronic board" installed on the main board it does not come as default so you need to talk to your dealer about this option

Enable Scan on UF-8000

No (but, but it can't hurt!) If you are are attempting network scanning, you need the optional Network Scanning Kit.

If you want to scan to a single PC, that will work right out of the box.
