Question about Samsung YP-T8 Digital Media Player
Hello, My name is Mabel and i am experincing some technical difficuties with my samsung YP-T9J. I't is'nt able to turn on..one moment i was hearing music and wthen it just turned off on me. I was hoping u can help me with the troubleshooting....thank-you Mabel
Firstly, "re-set" the T9 (ie hold 'MENU' & "REC', for 3 secs to re-initialise the built-in firmware - refer to your manual, or download manual off Samsung website). This procedure will overide everything. If this gets it goin, then download the latest firmware update from Samsung website (download centre/mp3) and save newest firmware onto your T8 - your manual should explain how to do this. Always update your T9 with latest firmware when available (appropriate with your Windows OS), to eliminate any bugs in the firmware. Failing this, then a replacement battery is the next step. If still under warranty (ie less than 12mnths old), then have an approved Samsung service agent look at it Free of charge. Good luck.
