I'm not much of a techie, so this may sound really dumb.
You know how you can adjust the screen on the monitor to lean forward or backward (up or down)? I may not even be describing this correctly.
Any way, the screen is leaning way forward, to the point it's almost unusable, and we can't figure out how to adjust it back. There is a lot of resistance when I try to move it back. Any suggestions?

It is usually just a matter of forcing it back. You migh check if there are any kind of handles/knobs to loosen, but there usually isn't.
Check if the screen should be lifted up (some bases are kind of telescopic) frmo the bottom position to losen it.
Any chance of a picture of the side/back of the monitor?
