Question about Creative Labs MuVo S200 MP3 Player

1 Answer

Won't format and won't play mp3

My player won't play my mp3s. Its says no music, but when I plug it into my computer there are mp3s loaded. I tried several times to reformat it but it always fails. I also tried deleting some of the files but it won't delete. Only my FM works. Whats wrong with it? My player is a Creative Muvo S200.

Try loading files on different bit rates and see what bitrate your player can play. some player wont play files that are directly copied to the player, it needs a certain software to encode it to its standard format. sony walkman is an example, it has its own software to encode files from mp3 to its own supported format.

What format does Polaroid PMP283C-4 MP3 Player use to convert CD's

The PMP283C-4 MP3 player plays music in the MP3 format... Many media players/rippers (free to download) will rip your CD to MP3 and you can then load the music MP3s to your player's memory by connecting the player to your computer with the USB data cable. (the player shows up in My Computer as "Removable Disk").

I am having problems downloading music from Itunes, I can go thru the steps and it appears to work but I cannot pull music up on player.

You might be downloading the wrong format. Many mp3 players will only play mp3s and won't play the format for the ipods.

How do i get my music from my 30gb 1st generation zune

If you have not erased the MP3 files on the Zune, you should still have them on the Zune and can play these MP3 music files.
When you plug your Zune into the computer can you see the MP3 files on the Zune as an external drive on the computer?
If so you can copy the MP3 files back into your computer.

Wrong format error msg

If they're not mp3 files then it's probably not supported by that mp3 player and that why you get this message.
Try converting them to mp3s on the computer before you put them on it.

I purchased a shuffle mp3 player ipodmatch.com and have never used an mp3 player (it came w/ no instructions) just a cord to connect to the computer so what do I do now where is it plugged into? and how do...

Plug it into the usb port,
Open "My Computer"
The iPod should turn up as a removable drive.
Open it and "Drag and Drop" your mp3s into the device.

If all works out it should play your mp3s.

Also (Untested) I think the shuffle works with iTunes but I always used my shuffle the way I described.

I have a zte c79 cellphone that has an mp3. player the phone came without the software disk to install the program that enables me to transfer mp3's and pictures. however it came with the USB cord. but...

when you plug in the usb cord somtimes i'll get a box asking what i want to use windows media player or open a folder with the contense. Then some times i get the add new hardware wizard which doesnot find the program to run the hardware correctly.
so the only way i found to load mp3s onto the ZTE C79 is to get a micro sd car and reader. when i plug i in a box comes up with the same results windows media player or a folder option i click the folder option. and if you have mp3s in your windows media player then right click on a song and open file location it will then tell you wether they are mp3 format or wahat drag and drop the mp3 format songs into the my music folder which is in the removable disk folder . As long as they are mp3 they will play on the phone. as for ringtones the only way i found to load them is to actually record them with the record memo tool in tools. which sucks because they usually end up being all distorted or very low volume. So if anyone know how to load ringtones please let me know
