Turned tv on and there was no audio. Pushed the mute button and it shows the red around the speaker. Push it again and the mute icon stays red around it. Unplugged the tv to reset it but still no audio.
SOURCE: Panasonic 32 inch LCD TV will not turn on-red light flashing
its not hard to replace the bulb and you can go to any tv shop and have them order it.youll need to give them the make and model number off the back of the tv so they know what to order
SOURCE: green power light comes on for a split second, then red.
The power supply (AC adapter) is bad. It has enough power to light the red LED, but not enough to power the TV.http://shop.ebay.com/?_from=R40&_trksid=m38&_nkw=12+volt+5+amp+power+supply&_sacat=See-All-Categories
SOURCE: stays in standbye and will only flash green (power on) twice before staying in standbye
The 6 inverter transformers on the bottom of the picture is the problem and what need to be tested.
Unplug the 6 wires that goes to the LCD screen. Use a multimeter to test for resistance from each output plug on the board. The one without the resistance is the bad one.
If this doesn't locate the bad one this way, Each plug should give out DC voltage if working properly. Test each plug for voltage.
The TV will automatically turn off in a couple of seconds like before. You'll have to keep pushing the power button to test each output plug for voltage.
Soon as you find the bad Inverter Transformer, just solder in a new one and the TV should work fine after that.
The part # for the Inverter Transformer is LTZ2PC0MS008.
Here's two places to get them:

Did anyone find out the solution for this??????? I have the exact same problem with my LG 32 LCD. I only had it for a year and a half, and the green light blinks a few times and it shows no picture. Not even a red light when the tv is off. The same thing happened a couple weeks ago and by some miracle it started working again.
