Downloading i have lost my instructions on how to download music on my mp3 player, please help.

I downloaded a driver for my rio chiba mp3 player and it still says it dont recignize the player. What do I do?

There is the possibility there is a corrupted song on your player. Try deleting the songs and then putting a fresh copy on player. Note: this player does not work well with media player 11 or higher. I know because I've tried. In the instructions it says you need media player 10 and it means just that. The best way to get the music on is the drag and drop as it says in the instructions or you can try the "send to" command in the right click menu.
