I have water under the vegetable bins and sometimes on the shelves, freezing toward the back of the refrigerator. Freezer seems to be working fine. I heard that there could be some blockage and you have to remove the panel in the freezer and use a hair dryer to melt the ice that may be causing the blockage. Does this make sense. The door is closing properly.

Make sure the door is closing properly, that nothing is trapped in the door seal, and that the seal isn't torn or distorted. The seals are there to stop moist external air getting in then dropping its load of moisture as it cools. A.

Water leaking inside my vegetable drawer

Just above the drawers is a drain hole on the back wall. Push a drinking straw or very thin brush down to unblock the drainhole and the water will drain away outside the rear into a pan on top of the compressor

Model CTX18GAZBRWW - (Hotpoint) no-frost - freezer on top Water collects under the vegetable drawers and must be removed every day.

Something to try....on the back wall of the fridge nearer to the top is a little cup like part sticking out. There is water in it but it usually runs down an attached tube inside back wall and ends up under the fridge and gets evaporated. If that tube or the little cup thing is plugged then it will drip in the fridge and collect on the inside bottom of the fridge. So the trick is to clean them out. Check it out ...may solve the problem.

Water comes into the fridge from the freezer.

Hi,
You have the drain from the coild froze up. The coils defrost and the water cannot run down the drain so it goes into your fridge.
This tip is all about that and how to fix it.

There is a puddle of water inside the refrigerator, beneath the vegetable bins.

How many items are in your freezer? I had this problem and there was too much in the freezer, not allowing the air to circulate properly in the freezer, thus resulting in freeze up in the top (freezer) and condensation below in refrigerator section. Additionally, I had the refrigerator setting too cold, which accelerated the problem. I had to thaw the drain hole in the freezer section, below the fan, to allow water to leave freezer during defrosting stage. Hope this helps?

Bottom of fridge under vegetable drawers lots of water collects. Every two days have to soak up.

I assume it's a top freezer model. The drain is either blocked, or frozen up. You'll have to be able to remove the the rear panel in the FREEZER compartment and inspect.
One other thing that can cause this, is if you have an Ice maker, and when filling, the fill hose to the ice maker hose has become dislodged.
