Whenever the cooling cycle starts up, there is a rattling noise coming from the upper middle (I listened from the back). The noise goes away then comes back just before the cycle (fan) stops. It seems to be cooling OK and it makes ice. Inside top center there looks to be some sort of cover that looks like it can be removed to expose an area that the noise may be coming from but I cannot remove the cover. I'm afraid I may break it if I force it (plastic).
YOUR ARE GETTING ICE AROUND YOUR FREEZER FAN BLADE THAT IS THE NOISE YOU ARE HEARING IT COMES FOR THE ICE MAKER FILL TUBE THAT COMES IN FROM THE BACK WALL OF FREEZER TO THE ICE MAKE YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING TO FIX IT JUST MAKE SURE YOU HAVE NO ICE BIULD UP IN THAT TUBE IT MAKES IT LEAK DOWN ON YOUR FAN
Testimonial: "I appreciate the answer, thanks. However it's not good that there is nothing I can do about it. Is there any way to "warm" that compartment so the ice melts?"
