Click on start Goto to control panel Goto Printers and Faxes Click on File Click on Add a Printer Select Local Printer Attached to this Computer then select LPT : Port 1 Then select have disk ; Right navigation bar select Hp And in right select Deskjet 990c Install the driver and finish the installation even after that it doesn't prints Then right on the printer icon (Deskjet 990c) Click on properties Click on the port tab Select the Virtual USB port Then try to print; Otherwise reinstall the software from the downloaded version
ok, need a bit more info but when you select to print document, in the print options screen that comes up make sure your printer is selected in the top left hand corner, select preferences, then select color, click on advanced color settings and make sure all the colors are set to zero on the left hand side, to adjust the figures to zero use the sliders in the center, then select ok, tick the box besides print in greyscale and select ok, this should print your document in black ok, hope this helps, get back to me if still having trouble, cheers, Brett.
Absolutely ! Your PSC 750 will work with an external network,but it may not set up for the network automatically, you might (not necessarily) need to install additional driver software and set up manually.
