If the touch screen is not responding then you need to replace it. In market check whether the touch screen can be replaced separately it will be charge you less. Else you need to replace both the touch screen and display together which cost you more.
Take off the cover, remove the battery and use a pencil eraser to clean both the battery plug pads and the plugs in the phone. Get a piece of thin tape and apply to the bottom of the battery and then reinsert. Try to power up. Sometimes dropping it will slightly bend the batter contacts or misalign them. Clean and see if that helps.
hi my model number on phone is 1669360001 calls come in but can't get none out since dropped on floor. Can we get another one please like very much and can we get a cordless one? Thank you [email protected]
Some phones are more durable then others depending on where it was dropped from and how hard of a surface the phone landed on. Unfortunately from your description, there isnt much that can be done. Most likely your phone landed the wrong way and it blew some circuitry in the phone. U can always try to take out the battery for a few minutes, replace it and try turning it back on. But this almost never fixes the problem. U most likely need a new phone.
yes. this is a common fault with any phone that falls on the tile floor, especially if it lands using the screen(even if it doesnt, the screen might still be affected). the only solution is to send it to a repairer because it would require the attention of an expert due to the crack or damage done to the main display screen which in most cases would have to be replaced with a brand new one
Some mobile phones will not sustain major damage if dropped - and the landing is not too hard. If your phone is still working after being dropped, then continue to use it.
However, dropping your phone multiple times may damage it to where it will no longer work properly and will need repair - or be replaced.
My Frnd..
if you have the know ledge of phone then only u can open the phone and check the strip which came from PCB ( Printed Circuit Board ) to LCD or just take a tissue paper and clean it ... that all other wise u have to change the strip..
