Okay, wierd problem, the batteries in my mouse are perfect, new full... however ever now and again the mouse will just turn its self off, and i have to pop out one of the batteries and put it back in the get the mouse working again....
im not sure why but it's annoying me.... alot, does anyone have any experience of this problem or does anyone have any suggestions
I dont think its terminals are dirty but check for it, check also the placement of the battery if it is loose, contact may be lost while fast moving the mouse. for component checking, a capacitor may not be working. check also for cold solders.

Most of these are brand specific. If the unit is bluetooth (I don't think this is the case) , you can buy a dongle, no problem. If not, you can try to find a used on for sale. You can buy a basic wireless keyboard and mouse new for under $30.
Try syncing it with the adapter. There should be a button on the mouse/keyboard somewhere and a button on the adapter that you must push both at same time. (while adapter is in the comp)
If that doesnt work then you may have to find the diver for the mouse
1. Change batteries 2. Go to control panel 3. Click Bluetooth Icon 4. Delete the Bluetooth Mouse 5. Click on Add new wireless device 6. Press the pairing device on the keyboard 7. Bluetooth Mouse will be detected 8. Follow the onscreen instructions
Hope this helps, Tried it several times and it works perfectly
usually on the bottom of the mouse there is a little door with two notches or a single vertical notch which you need to carefully pry open and then insert your batteries as shown inside with + and - denotions.
Could be radio interference from somewhere. I tracked my similar mouse problem down to emissions from the ethernet adapter that connects over the house mains wiring. Try the using the mouse close to the receiver, if it works ok interference is likely.
its is a product problem - mine wasnt working and i just took out the batteries and it worked
