I just purchased this TV a few days ago off of Craigslist. After hooking it up that night and watching it for a few hours I shut it off and went to bed. The next evening I went to turn it on and I got nothing, not even the "Standby" light is lit up. Do TV's have a fuse or what...I'm totally confused!? I plan on taking it to a TV technician soon, unless you have any ideas?
This may sound silly but check your circut breaker or if you have a GFCI on your outlet because maybe you have too many things plugged into it. Plug a lamp or something into the outlet. If you are sure it is the TV check the owners manual for common troubleshooting. After that I would pursue the warranty; it should be 1 year with this model.

Ur tv is missing one color.Might be the incomming signal colax cable is damage or ur tv tuner board is dead.Take ur tv to another location, hook up to another incomming colax signal cable have the same result, the Tuner board is dead.Tries Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a refurbish Tuner board for the replacement.
Try leaving the TV unplugged for 30 minutes so theTV can reset itself.
If that doesn't work, most likely the TV has a power supply board is the problem. Or, it's just a fuse that blown inside the TV.
But, I can't say it's 100% the problem because I can't actually look at the tv over the internet. If you have some electronic experience, if you can find and purchase a Service Manual over the internet; It will help you diagnose the source of the problem and fix it by soldering in the new part. The Service Manual will give you circuit diagrams, test points, and part# lists. Usually, cost under $20. And most cases the new part cost less than $15.
