Question about Rival WS60T Non Stick Electric Wok

Power cord for rival electric wok

When plugging the power cord into the rival electric wok, the light on the power cord comes on but it doesn't heat. This cord has been used one time. I need to find a replacement cord or find a place that can repair it. The warranty has expired. The wok was used once as it was stored when moving. Thank you

f the iron doesn't heat, make sure power is on to the outlet, check the electrical cord, and check the thermostat (see the Appliance Controls Fix-It Guide) and replace if necessary.

Heating element won't heat. Control light comes

your element is shorted
since the elemen t is welded and fitted to the bottom of the pan it can be fixed but should not be
my advise get a new one
rival will just say it has water damage
