There are 2 hex head screws at the base of the plastic piece that holds the clapper. Unscrew them a little, and it should loosen up the head.

I have a Nokia XpressMusic 5130c2 phone. When someone calls me there is music that they are hearing instead of a ringer tone. How can I remove this & just for my incoming callers to get a normal ringer tone? Thanks

Mary, there is a small button on the face of the face of the pusher. With the unit plugged in, push that little button and it will play the next available ring tone. When you find one that you want to use, simply stop and that one will be what you hear when someone comes to the door.

It seems like the problems starts after using an audio streaming app (Slacker)It also seems to correct after a reset(battery out and back in).

ok I resolved by myself. I copied the mp3 to the memory card. Then from Main Menu: My files->Music->Memory card->Music->Options->Set as->Ring tone. This is a great phone. I'm loving it !
