Just brought a bosch oven and there no life in the bottom oven

The switch on the oven for the lights may be bad or the panel fuse has blown

Is the clock set to auto and not manual? Is the clock display flashing? If so then set to manual, this should do the trick

The ovens have separate heatin elements. Sounds like your bottom oven element needs replacing

Usually, when an oven won't heat, it's because the bake element is burned out. The bake element is the black, pencil- thick tube at the bottom of the oven. When the oven heats, the element glows red. This element has an expected life-span of several years. It may last for only one; it may last for many more. When the element burns out, you need to replace it.

This requires door hinges to be replaced,relatively simple job & parts cheap.Best buy parts from Bosch direct .

Pretty certain nofuse. Suspect switch. Guess would be as element blew it took out contacts on oven switch

If it is fan assisted then check the fan element, it is located behind a panel at the rear of the oven compartment.

could be a clock fault - try bypassing the auto function on clock.
otherwise, check the terminal block where mains is connected. these quite commonly burn out

the door switch contacts are stuck closed causing the oven to stay on.if you can access the door switch try to wd-40 on it.if that doesnt help you need a door switch.
