Question about NorStar M7310 Corded Phone
What you have to do is 2 main steps. Most Norstars have your first name set as the id for extension. Next, login to the admin portion of the VM from a large display phone. The keys used to login to VM is as follows..."Feature Key" (this is the key on the phone that is grey in color, and has a little black globe in the center, the numbers "9,8,3" then the system will ask for a login, now, if your extensions are 2 digit based the login is "12000o" and ok, if you have 3 digit extensions the login is "1020000" and OK, if you have 4 digit extensions, then the login is "10020000" and OK. Once you are in, on the display you will see MBOX, AA OTHER. press MBOX. Then Change. Enter in your extension and proceed through the prompts. Make sure that your name is listed as Last name first, first name and that you are set to Y for directory. That is it.
