if you do not find your warranty card for the tv. Phone the shop that sold you the tv and ask them. Have the registration number handy when you talk to them.
you will probably be able to find that in the menu under Settings- general- about,
best of luck

Depends on the warranty and how it broke. The one year warranty written on the box is from the manufacturer. You may or may not need your receipt. Call/email the manufacturer and ask about the warranty. If the warranty doesn't cover accidents, hopefully the device broke under normal use, and you'll tell support that when you contact them.
If the screen is cracked, there is no other way to repair it, rather than replacing it. Replacing the screen will cost around 2/3rd of the total cost of the TV. Screen cracking will not come under warranty, as it is not the fault with the company which manufactured it.
Only if one of the following applies:
1. It was cracked when you took it out of the box.
2. You bought an extended warranty that specifically covers cracks in the screen caused by the owner.
Elas,
How do you want me to help you. A cracked screen is a cracked screen. And you say that it does not help you take pics. Well. you are already doing the next best thing, ie, using the eyepiece. If you feel that is cumbersom then have the screen replaced. You may not be able to justify the crack, towards warranty.
it's hard not seeing the 'crack' but basically a real crack will allow the (plasma) gas to escape. if that happens just forget it and buy a new one if out of warranty.
if it really seems as tho there is a crack in the glass, I would just enjoy it while you can, and try not to ever move the TV as it may totally go at that point.
if under warranty get a tech out to the house before it expires. make them come out in this case rather than bring it in for the aforementioned reason.
I've had my enV for about a year, now. within the first month, I cracked its screen. I have both insurance and a warranty for it, but Verizon is unimpressed-- they suggested that I either purchase a new model, or perhaps buy the enV 2. it's whatever.
